Dear Jason and the "Equity Enhancers" Team:

I am honored and excited to inform you that my listing that you recently Staged in North Dallas (the Williamsburg/Regency Place subdivision) is now under contract! I thank you and your team of Staging professionals.  My client thanks you as well; the are absolutely thrilled and now true believers of the Staging technique.

We had almost given up on selling this particular home. The plan was to lease the problem was it was a two bedroom, two and a half bath in a price range above $250,000. It is difficult to sell a two bedroom in this price range in this area of the market. Also, it is located in a neighborhood very popular to what we refer to in real estate as "an empty nesters neighborhood." The majority of the buyers who previewed this home are retired folks that are looking to downsize from big homes with virtuallly no yard maintance. So the fact that it had a pool was unappealing to most of them - a pool is percieved as a high maintance item. It was also vacant which makes it more difficult; although clean, well maintained and semi-updated, it still did not sell for over a year.

Then house was on the market with anouther agent prior to my involvement. I agreed six months ago to take responsibility and listed it thinking that with my tremendous effots I would sell it. I spent six months working very hard applying everything I know and was not successful. Fortunately, I attended one of your Staging classes and was able to introduce the Staging option to my client. It took them some time to accept that it was going to require an extra expense to accomplish our goal; they agreed to hire you.

In the process of your Staging the property we followed your advice and put a hold on showings with CSS. Once we put it back on the market we had three verbal offers within a two week period and several other buyers interested. It is now under contract and my sellers can move on with their lives. Halleluiah!

The transformation of this home was phenomenal with your Staging techniques. It was very obvious that your efforts were predominantly responsible for selling this property after a long drawn out series of blood, sweat and tears on my part. I recommend you and your team to all my associates and now include your services in my listing presentation as a critical part of my marketing plan.

Jason was involved in the design and the remodel of our new home. The house my wife and I purchased was 20 years old. We liked the house a lot, but the floor plan needed to be changed some and the house needed some updating. I am a true believer in staging! Home staging, together with correct pricing, is the reason I am able to sell my listings at top dollar. Andrea Green staged my listing at 8508 Kenning Court in Plano. We had 3 offers in the first two days . . . two of them over full price! And there were more buyers waiting in the wings.
