As owner of Equity Enhancers Home Staging and Design Company, and President of the Dallas Chapter for the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, Jason Maxwell has proven to be a successful marketer and Home Stager®. Having Staged and Designed hundreds of homes across the United States, his Company Equity Enhancers has quickly become the leading Staging company in North Texas and beyond. His training was under the direction of Barb Swartz, the nationally known Real Estate expert who conceived the Home Staging concept in 1972. His experience has stretched over a variety of industries including; Real Estate, Information Technologies, the Gift product industry, and of course interior decorating.

One of the career experiences that Jason values most is his time spent as the National Sales Manager for a small gift product company. Jason was second in command, he helped successfully design, manufacture, market and distribute the Angel Seed® line of products. During his time there, he actively participated as the line grew from a tiny seed made in the neighbors' garage, to over 40 products in some 3500 stores, which were located across four countries, and mass-produced over seas. As hard as it was to leave this business, Jason finally had the opportunity to pursue
his true passion for interior design, while still using his diverse background.

Jason's strong experience in design, marketing, and Real Estate has proven invaluable in his Staging® career. He has the ability to focus quickly on the features and benefits of each home and then uses proven Staging® techniques to draw them out and make them shine.

Whether it is Real Estate or a gift product, the product must have the best package, and be priced right to move off the shelf quickly. Jason simply traded the store shelf for the neighborhood. Just like a product on the shelf, the competition is often right next door. A home must have curb appeal to draw the buyer in and then the inside must continue the series of positive impressions to lead to a successful sale.
