Andrea Green joined forces with Jason Maxwell of Equity Enhancers in August of 2005. Prior to joining forces with Jason, Andrea operated a successful Staging and design business in the Dallas metroplex area under the name of Andrea's Design's. Andrea was trained under the direction of Barb Swartz and holds the Staged Homes designation of ASP. Andrea is Vice President of DIRC, the local Dallas Chapter of International Association of Home Staging Professionals.

Andrea believes the secret to success in the Staging business is not only having the proven skills required to convert homes into marketable properties, but also having excellent people and communication skills. Stagers have to deal with the emotions of homeowners on a regular basis. While being sensitive to their feelings, you must be honest and forthright regarding the changes that need to be made. Finding the balance between honesty and sensitivity to the homeowner's emotions can be a formidable task. Andrea prides herself on being able to find that balance. The result is a win win for homeowners and their realtors.

Andrea worked for many years in the marketing industry, managing people and projects. Interpersonal skills and team work were a must for success. Those same skills apply to the Real Estate and Staging industries.
